Take Advantage of Summer Produce

The summer is a great time to take advantage of fresh fruits and veggies. Fruits and veggies are a good source of vitamins and minerals that you need to keep you and your baby healthy. They can also be quite refreshing in the heat of summer.

It can be tricky to find fresh fruit and veggies sometimes. If you know the right places to look, you can find affordable and convenient fresh food, even in the city. Community markets are a good place to look for fresh produce. Many markets even take food assistance as a form of payment. Check out some of the resources below to learn how you and your family can eat healthy this summer.
